The laser beam passes through the upper transparent material, and then the lower material absorbs the short-band infrared laser, and then the laser is absorbed to realize the conversion of light energy into heat energy. Because the upper and lower layers of materials are bonded together by external pressure, the two layers of materials are melted and combined together. At the same time, due to the thermal expansion of the material itself, internal stress and external pressure work together to ensure that the bonding surface of the two materials is fully attached, melted and solidified so as to realize the plastic laser welding process.
